About Product Overview

When you're shoring up a sagging floor joist, bracing a wall during a remodel, or backing up a beam mid-span, you need a jack post that won't budge once it's set. The Jack Post J-JS-100 from Tiger Brand Jack Post's Super S line is built from 15-gauge steel with a 2-1/4" diameter column, made in the USA for the kind of structural support work where cutting corners isn't an option.

It adjusts from 56" up to 100" of height, giving you room to work in crawl spaces, basements, or taller framing situations without swapping equipment. Load capacity shifts with extension: rated for 18,000 lbs at minimum height and 9,400 lbs at maximum extension, so you'll want to plan your setup with that range in mind. Hardware is included, so it's ready to install without a trip back to the store for pins or bolts.

At just over 17 lbs, it's manageable for one person to position and set, but it's built to carry real structural loads once it's in place. A solid choice for contractors, remodelers, and homeowners tackling foundation or framing repairs.
