About Product Overview

This TurboVent 250 Series air admittance valve lets you vent a drain line without cutting through a roof or running pipe to the outside. It opens to let air in when a fixture drains, then closes to seal out sewer gas - a straightforward fix for island sinks, remodels, or any spot where a standard vent stack isn't practical.

Built from Schedule 40 PVC with lead-free construction and IAPMO certification, it's sized for DWV applications with a 1-1/2 in. hub on one end stepping up to a 2 in. hub on the other, so it fits directly into standard drain-waste-vent lines. Made in the USA and sold as a single boxed unit.
