About Product Overview

The WAYNE WCS50V is built for the heavy-duty end of the job: moving sewage and effluent, not just gray water. A cast iron housing stands up to the wear that solids-laden waste puts on lesser pumps, and with a 2" solids handling capacity and 2" discharge, it's sized to pass what a typical basin float pump can't.

The vertical float switch turns the pump on at 13 inches and off at 8 inches, giving it a wide, dependable operating range for a sewage basin. At 1/2 HP it delivers up to 9,000 GPH and 15 feet of maximum head, enough to lift waste out of a below-grade basin and into the home's main line. It needs a sump pit at least 18 inches in diameter to operate correctly. Backed by a 3-year warranty and CSA certified, this is a pump meant to be installed once and left alone.
