About Product Overview

This is a griddle insert built for Weber's Genesis 300 Series, turning a section of your grill into a flat-top cooking surface without any modification to the grill itself. Drop it in over the burners and you've got a solid, even surface for eggs, smash burgers, stir-fries, pancakes, or anything else that doesn't work well on open grates - grease, small pieces, sauces, whatever tends to fall through the bars.

The rust-resistant construction with a matte black finish is made to handle direct heat and stay put through repeated use, and the carbon steel handle gives you a real grip for lifting it in and out when you're switching between grate cooking and flat-top cooking on the same grill.
