About Product Overview

The cast iron core is coated in porcelain, which helps it resist rust and hold up to repeat use over grill grates without breaking down the way bare cast iron can.

This is a griddle for grill cooks who want more versatility without buying a separate flat-top unit - pancakes and bacon for breakfast, then seared vegetables or fish fillets for dinner, all on the same grill. It's sized to fit Weber Spirit grills and similar setups where you need a griddle insert rather than a full-size flat top.
