About Product Overview

This Werner 16' aluminum extension ladder is built for the jobs that need real height and won't tolerate a shaky setup - gutter cleaning, siding repair, second-story painting, and anything else out of reach of a step stool. At 26 pounds, it's light enough for one person to extend, carry, and reposition without wrestling with it, but it still carries a Type I rating for 250 pounds, so it's rated for tradespeople as well as homeowners.

The rungs are aluminum with a nonslip tread and 1.75" of depth, giving your feet solid footing whether you're standing still to paint a soffit or climbing with tools in hand. It's weather resistant, so leaving it out on a job site or against the house on a damp morning isn't a problem. Extended, it reaches roughly 15 feet - enough for most single-story and many two-story tasks. Built to ANSI and OSHA standards, it meets the requirements pros expect on a work site, not just a backyard chore.
