About Product Overview

A fiberglass extension ladder built for jobs where you're working near power lines, electrical panels, or anything else you don't want to conduct a charge through. Werner's D6016-2 extends to 16 feet, retracts to 8, and holds up to 250 pounds, putting it in Type I territory for tradespeople who need a dependable rating rather than a light-duty homeowner ladder.

The rails are fiberglass, which means they're non-conductive and stand up to weather without warping or rotting the way wood can. Aluminum rungs are spaced 1.5 inches deep with a nonslip tread, so your footing stays solid whether you're painting a soffit or running wire near a service entrance. At 18.13 inches wide, it's stable enough for real work without being unwieldy to move and set up solo.
