About Product Overview

Werner built this 20-foot fiberglass extension ladder for the jobs where you can't afford to take chances with your footing or your tools. It carries a Type IA ANSI rating, which means a 300-pound duty rating - enough margin for a worker plus a loaded tool belt and a bit of material. Because the rails are fiberglass instead of aluminum, the ladder won't conduct electricity, a real safety factor if you're working anywhere near wiring, service panels, or overhead lines.

With a maximum height of 20 feet and a reach height just under 20 feet, it's sized for two-story work like gutter cleaning, siding repair, exterior painting, and roof access. The 20 aluminum rungs have a 1.63-inch step depth and a nonslip tread, so footing stays solid even when boots are wet or dirty.
