This Westinghouse ceiling fan covers a 56-inch span, making it a solid fit for large rooms up to 15 by 15 feet. The Jax model comes with reversible two-sided blades, so you get an antique white finish on one side and white on the other, letting you match the room's look without buying a new fan.
Three steel blades keep things sturdy, and three speed settings give you control over how much air moves through the space. It mounts on a down rod for indoor installations and carries ETL listing, so you know it's been tested for electrical safety.

You're going to price-check us against Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowe's. Everybody does. Good — open all three tabs. We'll wait. Then look hard at what you're actually being handed over there.
On Amazon, start with these four questions before you click buy.
The brand name is on the listing. A different company is in the seller field. Those aren't the same thing, and the second one is who you're buying from.
Most manufacturers only honor a warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. We're authorized for Westinghouse. A third-party marketplace seller usually isn't.
Gray-market stock, returns repackaged as new, and outright fakes move through marketplaces constantly. It all looks identical in the photo. It stops looking identical when it fails.

Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowe's are built to pull every hardware dollar out of your town. When the local shop can't keep the lights on, the counter where somebody actually knew which part you needed goes with it. We're built the other way: real brands so you're never stuck on a marketplace, and a straight answer to buy it down the street when that's the better call. Support independent hardware — it doesn't restock itself.

When something's better bought down the street, we'll tell you — and point you to a local store that stocks it. We list independent retailers at no cost to most of them. We're not a marketplace, not a chain, not a faceless warehouse.
We come from the hardware world — the people answering your questions know the products, not just a script. Questions about fit, compatibility, or what a job actually calls for? You'll reach a real person, not a chatbot or a contracted call center.
The world's fast and convenient now, and it's only getting faster — same-day, next-hour, a screen where a face used to be. That's not going away, and we're not pretending it should. We live here too. We can move when you need us — most orders land in under two business days.
But the store on the corner probably has it on the shelf right now. And it was never only about speed. It's the person who knows the product and knows your name. It's what that store puts back into the town — the people it hires, the team it sponsors, the neighbor it shows up for. That's the part a warehouse can't ship.
These places have anchored their communities for generations. Keeping them around for the next two hundred and fifty years matters more than any single sale — ours included. So we'll be the convenient option when you need one, and we'll point you local whenever it makes sense. If it's better bought down the street, we'll say so.
If you're rooting for a handful of giant corporations to swallow every small store on Main Street — we'll be straight with you: we're not your shop. And that's alright. We were never trying to be everyone's.
We support local hardware stores.
We don't replace them.
