About Product Overview

Winix built the 1968SF CARB to handle real square footage, not just a single room corner. With a coverage area rated to 1968 square feet, it's sized for open-concept living areas, finished basements, or larger bedrooms where smaller purifiers fall short. The Carbon True HEPA filter is rated to capture 99.99% of airborne particles, and Auto control mode lets the unit adjust on its own instead of requiring constant manual fan changes.

It's AHAM Certified and UL Listed, backed by Energy Star certification for lower running costs, and covered by a 2-year limited parts and labor warranty. When it's time for a filter change, it uses the Winix Filter R replacement, model 1712-0118-00, so upkeep is straightforward.
