About Product Overview

Bulls Eye 1-2-3 gray primer from Zinsser is built for jobs where you need one product to handle stains, odors, and tricky surfaces before the topcoat goes on. It's water-based, so cleanup is just soap and water, but it still blocks stains the way an oil-based primer would. Use it indoors or out, on nearly any surface, and recoat in as little as an hour once it's dry. The gray tint gives you a solid base for darker paint colors and helps hide what's underneath.
