Zinsser Perma-White is built for rooms where moisture is a constant problem—bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms—anywhere mold and mildew tend to take hold on painted walls. This water-based acrylic formula combines paint and primer in one coat and carries a 5-year warranty against mildew growth on the finish. The semi-gloss white is tintable if you need a different shade, and it dries fast enough to recoat in about 2 hours.
