About Product Overview

Grip-Rite's #8 x 1-1/4" star drive screws come in a contractor pack of 959, sized right for wood-to-wood connections on framing, subfloor, and general construction runs. The star drive keeps the bit seated so you get fewer strip-outs and stripped heads under load, and a driver bit is included in the box. Coarse threads bite into wood for solid holding power, while the yellow zinc finish adds protection for jobs where the screws will see outdoor exposure.
