Schlage built the Century handleset around Grade 1 security, the highest residential security rating there is, so it's just as much at home guarding a busy commercial entry as it is on a front door. The Century style pairs clean, modern lines with a satin nickel finish that resists tarnishing and fingerprints over years of daily use. The single-cylinder deadbolt locks from the outside with a key and from the inside with a thumb-turn, while the lever handle offers an easy grip for anyone carrying groceries or packages.
It fits standard doors from 1-5/8 to 1-3/4 inches thick and installs left- or right-handed, so it works on whichever door swing you've got. Trim rings are included to cover larger existing bore holes, which makes swapping out an old handleset straightforward without extra hardware.
