About Product Overview

This 36-inch convertible range hood from Broan-NuTone handles the two jobs a hood over the stove needs to do: pull cooking smoke, steam, and odors up and out, or filter and recirculate the air back into the kitchen if you don't have ducting to the outside. That convertible setup makes it a fit for kitchens with existing external venting and for those without, so you're not locked into one installation type before you buy.

Steel housing in a silver finish keeps it neutral against most cabinetry and appliances, and the built-in light means you get task lighting over the cooktop without a separate fixture. At 230 CFM minimum airflow and a 6.5 sound rating, it's sized for everyday cooking rather than heavy-duty commercial use. Runs on 2.5 amps and is backed by a 1-year warranty. Built in the USA.
